What EntryReady is

EntryReady provides software tools — a product-rule checker, certificate data builder and record vault — to help US importers prepare for CPSC eFiling. EntryReady is compliance software, not legal advice. Certificates are legal documents: you are responsible for having your outputs reviewed by the certifying party or a qualified US compliance professional before filing. EntryReady is not affiliated with the U.S. CPSC or CBP.

The free tools

The rule checker, builder and local vault are free to use, without an account. Data you save in the local vault stays in your browser.

EntryReady Pro subscription

• Pro is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout (US$29/month at launch) via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Payment, tax and invoicing are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the "manage subscription" link in your receipt — no emails needed. The subscription runs until the end of the paid period and does not auto-renew after cancellation.
• Refunds: if EntryReady doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Later months are refunded pro-rata on request.
• Pro features are delivered as they ship to subscribers first.

The readiness audit (one-off service)

• What it is: a one-off written review of one product's documentation against the CPSC eFiling data elements, charged once at checkout (US$99 at launch) via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs.
• Refunds: full refund if you ask before you send us your documents. Full refund if we review your paperwork and find nothing that needs fixing. Once the written review has been delivered, it is not refundable — it is bespoke work product you keep and use — but if it does not address what you asked for, we will correct it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
• What we need from you: the product documents described on the audit page, for one product. If they are incomplete we will tell you what is missing.
• What it is not: legal advice, a customs brokerage service, or product testing. The certificate remains your document and your responsibility as the importer of record or manufacturer.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations for your products.
• You won't misuse the tools or attempt to disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntryReady's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Australian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. EntryReady is operated in Australia. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
