The problem

Since July 8, 2026, CPSC-regulated consumer products imported into the US must transmit certificate data electronically at entry — every shipment, whatever the value (16 CFR 1110; FTZ phase January 8, 2027). The importer of record owns the accuracy of seven data elements, and your customs broker needs them in the right shape for the ACE PGA Message Set.
